Cancellation & Refunds
At Banali Variety Store, we work hard to provide quality products and a seamless shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes an order may need to be cancelled or refunded. Please read the policy carefully to know how cancellations and refunds work at our store.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
1.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
You can cancel your order if:

If the order has already been shipped, a cancellation is not possible, but you may be eligible for a return depending on our Return Policy.
1.2 Seller-Initiated Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel your order under the following situations:

Technical problems or unexpected delays

Fraudulent or suspicious order activity
If we cancel your order, you will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be initiated.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only after the order is successfully cancelled (before shipping) or after a return is processed (if allowed).

You are eligible for a refund if:

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Customer sends product back without approval

Cancellation request is made after the order has been shipped

Non-returnable category products (mentioned in Return Policy)
4. Refund for COD Orders
If you paid via Cash on Delivery, refunds will be issued via:

Wallet (if applicable)
You must provide correct bank/UPI details.

6. Important Notes
