Return Policy

At Banali Variety Store, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return. Please read the following policy carefully to understand how returns work at our store.


1. Return Eligibility (0–5 Days)

You may request a return within 0–5 days from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • All tags, labels, stickers, and packaging must be intact

  • The product must be returned with all accessories, freebies, and original box

  • You must provide valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.)

If any of these conditions are not met, the return may be rejected.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons. These include:

  • Beauty/personal care items

  • Innerwear, lingerie, undergarments

  • Cosmetics if opened/used

  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items

  • Items purchased during special sales, clearance, or discounts (unless damaged/defective)


3. Reasons Accepted for Returns

We accept returns for the following valid reasons:

  • Wrong product received

  • Defective or damaged product

  • Product is different from description or photos

  • Missing parts or incorrect quantity

  • Size mismatch (if eligible)


4. Reasons Not Accepted for Returns

Returns will NOT be accepted if:

  • Product is used, worn, or washed

  • Product is damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Product is missing packaging or accessories

  • Product has stains, odors, or signs of use

  • Return request made after 5 days of delivery

  • Customer simply "doesn’t like" the product (unless unused and eligible)


5. Return Process

Follow these steps to request a return:

Step 1: Contact Us Within 0–5 Days

Send us the following details:

  • Your Order Number

  • Photos/videos of the product showing the issue

  • Reason for return

Step 2: Return Approval

Our support team will review your request and approve or decline based on policy.

Step 3: Ship the Product

Once approved:

  • We will provide the return address

  • Product must be shipped back safely with proper packaging

Step 4: Inspection

After we receive the returned product, it will undergo a quality check.

If approved, you may receive:

  • A refund

  • A replacement

  • Or a store credit (depending on your choice and availability)


6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Banali Variety Store will bear the shipping cost.

  • For all other reasons (e.g., wrong size ordered, change of mind), the customer must pay the return shipping charges.


7. Return Rejection

We reserve the right to reject returns if:

  • The product does not pass inspection

  • The product appears used or tampered

  • The item is from the non-returnable list

  • Return is requested outside the 5-day window

  • Product is sent back without approval

Rejected items will be sent back to the customer.
